• Notes

  On the same day about 10 o'clock in the forenoon, Mr. Wm. Herron died at the residence of his son-in-law, Mr. John McKinnon on West street. Deceased was the father of Policeman Hamilton Herron, and was in his 77th year. He was a quiet, unobtrusive man. His wife died about 8 years ago, since which time he has lived with Mr. McKinnon. Three sons and two daughters survive, a daughter having also died some years ago. Deceased had been sick for about three months. The funeral takes place a two o'clock this afternoon to Greenwood Cemetery, from Mr. McKinnon's residence, corner West and Violet sts. 1900
