      WELLESLEY, April 1.- Mrs. Charles F. Ottman. 84, died at her home here last night following an illness of about two years. She was born at St. Jacobs, daughter of the late George Ziegler and Fredericka Hessal. Mrs. Ottman attended St. Paul's Missouri Lutheran Church.

      Surviving are her husband; six sons, Peter, Winnipeg, Albert, Edmonton. Henry, Kitchener, Victor, of Perth, and Louis and Walter, Wellesley: four daughters. Mrs. Frank Hesler and Mrs. Frank Briggs, of Welland, and Mrs. Herb Kaufman and Mrs. Ameta Wiebe, of Wellesley; and two brothers. Henry Ziegler, Waterloo, and Louis Ziegler. Millford, Neb. Funeral arrangements are not complete.
