  NEUDORF, Sask., June 25 (Special). - Funeral service for John Charles Miller, 77, whose death occurred in Melville hospital June 15 was held in Trinity Lutheran church, Neudorf, June 19 with Rev. F. A. Miller officiating. Burial was in Melville cemetery. Mr. Miller was born in Wellesley, Ont., and at the age of 20 he left the east and settled at Gretna, Man., where he entered the storekeeping business. It was there that he married Maud Yuill. From there they moved to Neudorf at the time the village was founded. Here Mr. Miller again entered the merchandising business and became one of the pioneers of this village. He was also postmaster and held this position for many years after he quit the store business. For the past several years Mr. Miller restricted his activities to various business agencies. He is survived by his wife, two daughters and also two sisters and two brothers. One brother predeceased him. The Leader-Post, Regina, Saskatchewan, Wednesday, June 25, 1947, Page 4:
