• Notes

  Christian R. Kropf, for many years a resident of New Hamburg, passed away at the Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital last Friday after an illness of nine months. He was 69 years of age. Deceased was born in Wellesley, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joel Kropf. He had resided in New Hamburg until about two years ago. While in Kitchener he attended Stirling Ave. Mennonite Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. A. A. (Bena) Perrin of Kitchener; two brothers, David of Kitchener and John of Strathroy; four sisters, Mrs. Katharine Litwiller of New Hamburg and Mrs. Lydia Leis, Annie and Mathilda of Wellesley. His wife, the former Katherine Roth, died here several years ago. Two brothers and one sister predeceased him. The funeral took place on Monday afternoon with service at Stirling Ave. Mennonite Church, Kitchener, and internment in the First Mennonite Cemetery, Kitchener. Rev. A. F.
