________
Death of Mr. Henry Hiller
The sad news was received here on Tuesday night, that Mr. Henry Hiller passed away at his home near Linwood and his death came as a shock to his many friends. He had been in poor health with heart trouble for some time. The deceased was a son of the late Michael Hiller, and was born on Oct. 10th, 1873, thus being in his 44th year. For many years he resided in New Hamburg, and was employed in the Hahn Brass works. Two years ago he was married to Christina Hamel, daughter of Mr. William Hamel of this town, and he purchased a farm near Linwood, where he since lived. The deceased was a Lutheran in religion and a member of the New Hamburg, C.O.F. Lodge. He was a fine young man of exemplary character and has many friends who will greatly mourn his early demise. Besides his sorrowing widow, he is survived by his mother, one sister, Mrs. Chr. Rank of St. Clements, and one brother, Mr. John Hiller, of this town. The funeral took place on Friday afternoon at Linwood.
