      Death Occurred Early This Morning\emdash Burial Will be at Cavalier.


      Funeral services for Sirs. N. Deichert who died early this morning at the home of her daughter-in-law. Mrs. L. W. Deichert of the Belmont apartments will he held at the residence! Saturday morning at 7:45 o'clock and ' will then be taken to Cavalier, N. D., Mrs. Deichert's former home for burial.

      Services will also be held at Cavalier at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Cavalier Methodist church of which the deceased was a member. Interment will be beside her husband who died 14 years ago.

      Mrs. Deichert had spent the last two years in Los Angeles, Cal., returning to Grand Forks May 1, shortly before the death of her son, L. W. Deichert.

      She is survived by four sons, F. N. Deichert, Cavalier, N. D.; William Deichert, of California; Nelson J. Deichert of Wallace, Idaho; and Theodore Deichert who is serving with the Allied ambulance corps In France; four daughters, Mrs. Andrew Johns, Bottineau, N. D.; Mr. J. S. Cranley, Cavalier, N. P.; Mrs. E. O. Thompson. Bow Island, Alta; and Mrs. C. M. Burgess of this city, and also by eight grand sons, one grand daughter, and two sisters, the last named residing in Zurich, Ont.

      Mrs. Deichert was born in Germany in 1846. She later came to Zurich, Ont., being married there. She moved to Cavalier with her husband 18 years ago.
