Notes - KENNETH WILLIAM STRUB 1925 - 2006 Passed away, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Saturday, November 18, 2006 at the age of 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Violet Strub (nee Woolner); loving father of Heather Westphal of Germany and Patrick of Waterloo and grandfather of Walter Westphal and Wannitta (Lutz) Hammann. Also survived by his sisters, Margaret Potwarka, Catherine (Bert) Privatt and sister-in-law, Dorothy Strub. Predeceased by his parents, John and Agnes Strub; brothers, Eugene, Gordon, and a sister, Adelle Rector. In respect of Ken's wishes, there will be no visitation. A Celebration of Ken's Life will be held at the family residence, 42 Laurel Street, Waterloo on Saturday, December 2, 2006 at 1 p.m. Cremation and a private interment at Woodland Cemetery will have already taken place. Condolences for the family and donations to the Community Care Access Centre of Waterloo Region may be arranged through the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo 519.745.8445 or www.erbgood.com In living memory of Ken, a tree will be planted through the Trees for Learning program by the funeral home.
