  Martin Metzger, 86, of RR 1, Waterloo died Jan, 21 at his home after a short illness. He was born in Wellesley Township Sep. 9, 1877, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Metzger. He worked at Kitchener Button Industries Ltd. for 46 years until his retirement in 1958. He was unmarried. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo. Surviving is a sister, Christina of RR 1, Waterloo. Three brothers and a sister predeceased him. The body was at the Dreisinger Funeral Parlor, Elmira, where the funeral was conducted Friday at 2:30 p.m. by Rev. C. S. Roberts of St. John's Lutheran Church.
