- Daughter and Four Sons to Divide 25 Acre Puente Ranch
The 25-acre walnut ranch of Margaret Sauder, who died July 17, near Puente, is bequeathed to her daughter and four sons, according to the petition for probate of her will on file today in Los Angeles superior court. The children of the decedent are Olive Shaver. Alfred Sauder, Peter A. Sauder, Walter E. Sauder and William T. Sauder, all of Puente. The petition, filed by William Sauder, states that the walnut ranch, near Bassett, has an annual Income of $500.
The will nominates Ray Farmer and I. F. Baker, both of El Monte, as executors, but they have declined to act in this capacity and have asked that William Sauder be named in their place. Hearing on the matter has been set for August 27.
