    • A-2-2 Conrad Müller Last Will and Testament of Conrad Müller late of the Township of Woolwich, Tailor, deceased. The Will is committed to Jacob Weber of the Township of Woolwich, Yeoman, the sole Executor named in said will…

      This Instrument witnesseth that I Conrad Miller[sic], of the Township of Woolwich…My Will is first: that my funeral charges and just debts shall be paid by my Executors….the residue of my estate and property which shall not be required for the payment of my just debts…I give and dispose thereof, as follows…I give and bequeath to my son John W. Miller the sum of eighty dollars (in addition of a sum of a sum of a sum[sic] of two hundred and twenty dollars which I have already paid him) to be paid to him out of my estate within six months after my death. I give and bequeath unto my son Philip Miller, the sum of two hundred dollars: provided that the said my son Philip Miller shall appear and claim the said sum within five years after my death but if he shall fail to claim the sum within the specified time, then my Executors shall pay the said two hundred dollars with the interest thereon from my death to my son John W. Miller. I give and devise unto my wife Maria Miller the interest of all outstanding money not required to meet the bequest hereinbefore made to be paid to her by my Executors annually, also the use of all my household furniture and other personal property of which I am possessed, to have use and enjoy the same during her natural life. I also give and bequeath unto my wife Maria Miller the parcel or tract of land on which I now reside. Being composed of a part of Lot number five of the Township of Woolwich…being eight acres and thirty one perches and being described in a deed of conveyance from Henry Martin and wife to Conrad Miller and recorded in Liber E, Folio 532 in the Registry Office for Waterloo County…in the year 1847, to have and to hold the same during her natural life. Further, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Maria Miller all my personal property which may remain after the death of my wife and also the parcel or tract of land described inn the next preceding clause to have and to hold the same for ever from and after the death of my wife: I further order that if my daughter Maria Miller should die without being married and without heirs then my sons John W. Miller and Philip Miller shall inherit in her stead, after the death of my wife. And I nominate and appoint my friend Jacob Weber to be the sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament…
