  Zacharies Rommel Letters of Administration to the estate of Zacharies Rommel, late of the Village of Hespeler, Laborer, who died a bachelor on or about the nineteenth day of January 1863 at the Village of Hespeler, intestate, and had at the time of his death a fixed placed of abode at the Village of Hespeler, were granted by Her Majesty's surrogate of the County of Waterloo to Frederick Rommel of the Township of Stamford in the County of Welland, Yeoman, the eldest brother of the said intestate, he having been first sworn faithfully to administer the same by paying his just debts and distributing the residue (if any) of his personal estate and effects according to law, and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said personal estate and effects, rights and credits and to render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law.
