  GISBY, William John Passed away after a brief illness, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Sunday, August 22, 2010, in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Jean for 56 years. Dear father of Keith (Donna) and Darren (Diana) all of Calgary. Loving Binga of Ben and Alex and Great-Grand-Binga of Maia and Aria, all of Calgary. Survived by his brother George of England and many nieces and nephews in England, Canada and one in Spain. Also survived by his brother-in-law Brian Staveley (Christine) and family. William was a Korean Veteran that served in the British Navy. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Barthel Funeral Home (566 Queenston Road, Cambridge). Cremation has taken place. In memory of William, memorial donations to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital or Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. William's family would like to thank the staff and doctors at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, and also all the many other doctors and specialists that cared for William, with many thanks.
