- James Manson Passes
A native of the Ayr district, James Manson, died in Kitchener on Tuesday, in his 83rd year, following a brief illness which was culminated by a heart attack. He was born south of the village on the farm now owned by Erie Sharp, and early in life learned the milling trade at the Goldie Flour Mills in Greenfield. He pursued his trade in Souris, Man., for many years before returning here some 20 years ago. A few years later he removed to Kitchener. Surviving are four nieces: Mrs. David Hall, Blenheim; Mrs. S. D. Kendall, Toronto; Mrs. E. F. Cuthbertson, Oshawa, and Mrs. H. B. Hill, Toronto. Funeral arrangements are being completed.
