Notes |
- Mrs. Sherington, Dead -
The many relatives and friends of Mrs. T. Sherington were grieved to hear on Wednesday morning that she had passed away during the night, the news of her death was not unexpected by many. Deceased had her share of affliction in the way of illness for several years and the dread disease, cancer, finally gained such a hold on her system that the coming of the end was only a matter of time. Mrs. Sherington, whose maiden name was Harriet Howlett, leaves her sorrowing husband and one son, who have the sympathy of the community in their loss. She leaves also one brother and five sisters, namely, John Howlett, of Ridgedale, Sask.; Mrs. Geo. Glennie, Dauphin, Man.; Mrs. Geo. Aumann, Mrs. John E. Bowman and Mrs. Philip Lein, Elmira; Mrs. Bracey, of Winterbourne; Mrs. McCutcheon, Chicago. The funeral will be held Friday afternoon, at 2 o'clock.
