  • Notes 
    • Mrs. Charles F. Roehr, 87, of 140 Talbot St., formerly of Dekay Street, died Saturday at K-W Hospital, after a lengthy illness. Born Jan. 20, 1878, in Woolwich Township she had resided in Kitchener for 63 years. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church. She was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Steffler. He husband predeceased her in March 1965. Surviving are one son, Gordon of East Palatka, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Lyle (Rita) Oberholtzer, Kitchener, and one grandchild. She was the last surviving member of her family. She was predeceased by three sisters, two brothers and one daughter in infancy. The body is at Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where the funeral service will be held at 2: 30 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. A.A. Schweitzer of St. Mark's Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery.
