  Mrs. Kittler Dead. Mrs. John Kittler died at her home just east of town last Sunday morning after a long illness and was buried Monday in the old cemetery southeast of town. Mrs. Kittler was born near Stuttgart, Germany, June 16, 1837. When she was 18 years old her family came to this country and settled in Canada where she was married to John Kittler near Berlin 52 years ago. In 1878 they moved to Arkansas and settled what was then Prairie county and have resided here since that time. She was the mother of ten children, 4 of whom preceded her to the promised land. Mrs. Kittler was one of our most universally loved and respected ladies and was a devout christian who always stood ready to lend her assistance to these in distress and no one ever called on her in need and failed to get relief. On every hand one can hear of instances where she has given her aid in case of death and misfortune, at which times she would stay until there was no longer any need of her aid. Her Husband and six children survive her and to these the sympathy of the entire community is extended in their hour of great loss of a loving wife and mother. Mrs. Kittler Dead.
