  Mrs. C. Schwindt is Dead at Age 61 Succumbs to Lingering Illness; Resident of Elmira For Past Ten Years Following a lingering illness the death occurred on Tuesday, of Josephine Riebel, wife of Conrad Schwindt, aged 61 years, 7 months and 21 days. The late Mrs. Schwindt was born in North Bruce, and spent her early life there. After her marriage in 1882 she resided in north Woolwich until ten years ago when with her husband she moved to Elmira. Possessed of a bright and genial disposition, she made many friends, among whom she will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband and nine children, George, John and Edmund, of North Woolwich; Emma (Mrs. Norman Koch), of Kitchener; Andrew of Elmira; Edna (Mrs. Charles Hoffer) of Elmira, Florence (Mrs. Philip Sippel), of Detroit, and Grace and Luella at home. The funeral will be held on Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from her late residence on King Street. Following services at the Evangelical church the funeral will take place at the Union Cemetery.
