      Melvin L. Robinson Long a Public Servant Succumbs at Farm Home

      Melvin l., Robinson, a life-long resident of Kalamazoo county and for many years interested in county politics died at his in Pavillon Townshlp yesterday forenoon, after an illness covering several weeks.

      For the last twenty-one years Mr. Robinson has been engaged in county politics and during that time has held many offices. It was only last year that he gave up his political relations with the county entirely to engage in farm work, with his son Frank N. Robinson.

      1896 Mr. Robinson became county superintendent of the poor, and held this office over twelve years. Previous to his election in 1896 he served as county supervisor....
