    • Wellesley, Dec. 26-John Weber, 82, of R.R.1, Wellesley, died early today at his home after a lingering illness. Deceased, a retired farmer, attended the Reform Mennonite Church at North Easthope. Surviving are one daughter, Catharine, at home and one brother, William of Auburn. Funeral will be private at the residence Sunday afternoon at 1: 30 o'clock to the Reform Mennonite Church at North Easthope for public service with interment in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Harvey Gamp will officiate. Remains will lie at the M. R. Futher Funeral Home.

      John Weber

      John Weber died at his home in North Easthope last Friday following an illness of six months. He was in his 83rd year. A native of Germany, Mr. Weber came to this country 40 years ago and after farming near Auburn for a few years took up residence in North Easthope, where he farmed until his retirement a few years ago. He is survived by one daughter, Miss Catherine Weber, at home, and one brother, William Weber, of Auburn.

      The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon from his late home near Lisbon to the Reformed Mennonite Church, North Easthope for service and interment in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Harvey Gampp, New Hamburg, officiated.
