• Notes

  There passed away in Elmira on Tuesday, Oct. 8th, a former resident of Conestogo, in the person of Dorothea Haack, widow of the late Chas Haack, at the ripe old age of 87 years, 8 months and 18 days. Deceased had moved from here about a year ago to make her home with one of her daughters in Elmira, where her death took place. She is survived by several sons and daughters who mourn her death. The funeral took place on Friday afternoon, service being held in the Lutheran Church here and burial taking place in the adjoining cemetery. Elmira Signet Oct 17 1918
