  Schmitt, Dennis E On Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at his residence, Dennis Schmitt, in his 55th year of St. Jacobs. Beloved son of Floyd Schmitt of St. Jacobs and the late Ellen (Pike) Schmitt (September, 1999). Dear nephew of Grace Downs and Yvonne Such, both of Waterloo and Myrtle and Nelson Marschall [sic?] of Guelph. Dennis will be missed by his many cousins and their families. Dennis was a longtime employee of Metzger's Egg Grading Station, Elmira. Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral home visitation. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Heidelberg on Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Olaf Poulsen officiating. Spring interment in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Heidelberg. In his memory, donations to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Heidelberg or Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy and may be obtained by calling Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira 669-2207.
