  SCHNEIDER, Edward C. - At St. Mary's Hospital, on Sunday, April 23, 1972, after a brief illness, Edward C. Schneider, age 68 years, of 69 West Ave., husband of the former Emma Rueffer, father of Howard, Mrs. Donald (Mildred) Kraft and Mrs. Donald (Betty) Allgeier, all of Kitchener; brother of Alfred, Carl, Mrs. Gordon (Lenora) Kalbfleisch, Mrs. Nelson (Eva) Trupp and Mrs. Harold (Isobelle) Hoerle, all of Kitchener, and Mrs. Robert (Edna) Oliver of Galt; seven grandchildren also survive. Besides his parents,he was predeceased by two brothers and one grandson. Mr. Schneider was employed with J. M. Schneider Ltd. for 34 years, until retiring in 1968; he was a member of the company's 25 year club. Friends may call at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St., West, Kitchener, where funeral service will be conducted in the chapel Wednesday at 3 p.m., with Rev. John Korcok officiating.
