    • Jacob Sararas, "was married to Elizabeth Graybill. They resided in Wallace Township, Perth County, Ontario, until some time ago when they moved to Manitoba where he followed farming. To them were born five children".

      "We are sorry to record the death of our oldest settler, Mr Jacob Sararas, who died last week, he being 86 years of age. He was a fine genial old gentleman and much respected by all who knew him. He died suddenly and was buried in the Arrow cemetery."
