  DOUGLASS, JOHN G. was a graduate of the class of 1863 of Victoria University. He did not obtain his provincial licence until 1875, although he lists himself as a licentiate in his card in the Waterloo Chronicle: J. G. Douglass M. D. L. C. P. & S., Physician, Surgeon & Accoucheur. Waterloo Village, C. W. Office at his residence, King St. Waterloo. This card appeared from January 2nd. to March 19,1868. The Ontario Medical Register lists him in Bruce County, Greenock in 1878 and Pinkerton in 1882. The University of Toronto Monthly of April 1902 says that he moved from Southampton to Chicago, but he does not appear in the files or directories of the American Medical Association.
