  STEWART, Gwen (Mrs. Harry) - Peacefully, on Thursday, April 16, 2009, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital. Gwen (Klinck) Stewart, in her 79th year, of Elmira. Beloved wife and best friend of Harry Stewart for 50 years. Loving and devoted mother of Paul and Cindy Stewart of London, Steven and Carol Stewart of Waterloo and her "extra" son, Daryl Bridge of Elmira. Dear nana of Jonathon and Kyra. Sister of Byrle and Judy Klinck of Kitchener and sister-in-law of Thelma Stewart of Toronto, Isobel and Nick Skor of Baltimore, Mildred Stewart of Perth, Doug and MaryEllen Stewart of North Agusta, Gwen and Don McEwen of Eldorado, Vivian and Gary Munroe and Linda and Barry Montgomery, all of Perth. Gwen will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents, George and Myrtle (Bricker) Klinck. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira on Sunday, April 19th from 1-4 and 7-9 p.m. At 9 a.m. on Monday, April 20th, transfer will be made to Trinity United Church, Elmira for funeral service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Roy Holton and The Rev. J.D. Kellough officiating followed by cremation. In her memory, donations to Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 469, Elmira will assemble for a Memorial Service at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 6: 45 p.m. Waterloo Region Record 17 Apr 2009
