- Mrs. O. Reist \endash Kossuth \endash Well attended funeral services were conducted Tuesday at Zion United Church for Mary Ellen Baer, widow of the late Dr. Owen Reist, who died in Hamilton on Saturday. In her 70th year, the late Mrs. Reist lived for many years on the farm in Kossuth. Services were held at the H.K. Stager Funeral Parlors, Preston, and Zion United church, conducted by the Rev. Douglas Gordon, pastor of the church and Rev. Oscar Burkholder, pastor of Cressman Church, Breslau. Interment was in the Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers were: Norman Markle, Levi Bowman, Aaron Baer, Bailey Springer, all of Kossuth, and Lawrence Snyder and Norman Reist of Hespeler.
