  SCHWARZENTRUBER, Joel At Stratford General Hospital, on July 20, 1978, Joel Schwartzentruber, of Maples Nursing Home, Tavistock, formerly of East Zorra Township, aged 87 years. Former minister at Cassel Mennonite Church. Beloved husband of the late Sarah Bender (1972); dear father of Vernon, of Pigeon, Mich., Willis of Route 1, Tavistock, Mrs. Lavern (Nelda) Lichti of Route 1, New Hamburg amd Mrs. Wilmer (Katie) Wagler of Route 1, New Hamburg; dear brother of Mrs. Christian (Barbara) Ruby, of Pigeon, Mich. Also surviving are 32 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by one son, Elroy (1978), one daughter Mrs. Milton (Selma) Litwiller (1969) and two brothers. Friends may call at the Robert Krug Funeral Home, Tavistock, until noon of Saturday July 23, when transfer will be made to East Zorra Mennonite Church 18th line, for funeral service at 3 o'clock. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Rev. Ephraim Gingerich will officiate Kitchener-Waterloo Record Newspaper 21 Jul 1978
