      EXECUTORS' NOTICE TO CREDITOR

      In the matter of the Estate of Lovina Hunsperger, late of New Dundee, Married Woman, Deceased.

      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. pursuant to the provisions of the Trustee Act. R.S.O., 1914, Cap. 121, that all creditors and others having claims or demands against the estate of Lovina Hunsperger, who died February 4th. 1925, are required on or before February 1st. 1926, to send by post, prepaid, or deliver to Gilbert Bergey of New Dundee Post Office, the executor of the will of sald Deceased, their full hames, addresses and descriptions, with full particulars of their claims or accounts and the nature of the securities, if any, held by them duly verified.

      NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that after said 1st February, 1926, said executor will distribute the assets of said Deceased, having regard only to those claims of which notice shall then have been received, and he will not be liable for said assets or any part thereof to any person of whose claim notise has not then been received.
