  BOWMAN, Lillian (nee Axt) - Passed away, peacefully, at Village of Winston Park, on Friday, December 5, 2003 in her 87th year. Lillian was predeceased by her beloved husband, Stanley Bowman in 1991. Loving mother of Cheryl and her husband Ron Lowe of Kitchener. Proud and loving grandmother of Vicki and Scott Parry, Caron Lowe and Melanie Christou, Meredith and William Teng and Adam Lowe and great-grandmother of Andrew Teng. Lillian is also survived by her sister, Alice Gingerich; sister-in-law, Anna Bowman and brother-in-law, Delton Bowman and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters, Luella Axt and Irene Cathcart and brothers, Andrew and Russell Axt. Friends are invited to share their memories of Lillian with her family at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A private graveside committal service will be held Wednesday morning at First Mennonite Cemetery. The memorial service to celebrate Lillian's life and faith will be held at First Mennonite Church on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 11 a.m. Following the service, friends are invited to join the family in the fellowship hall of Stirling Ave. Mennonite Church for refreshments and a time to visit.
