  Mr. Alvin Hofstetter, who was killed on the railway near Hamilton on Monday by a train, was well known here, having worked for Mr. John Hunsberger last year. He was a son of Mr. William Hofstetter of Vietoriaburg. The remains were brought to Petersburg on Tuesday and taken to his father's house.
