    • SCHLICHTER, Pearl - Passed away peacefully on Friday, July 15, 2005 at the Westmount at the age of 91. Survived by five sisters, Dora Palmerton of St. George, Elizabeth and Harriet all of Kitchener and Eva and her husband James Hayes of Pittsburgh, PA., USA. Pearl is also survived by three brothers, Harrison of Stouffville, Willard (Grace) of New Dundee and Leon of Toronto. Predeceased by four sisters, Mary (Edgar) Otterbein, Edith (Elmer) Poth, Della and Grace Schlichter, Ilah (Willard) Geiger; her parents, Henry and Olive (nee Bingeman) Schlichter; a sister-in-law, Gladys and brother-in-law, Arthur Palmerton. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews and grandnieces and nephews. Pearl taught for many years in the St. Catherines area. Pearl's relatives invite friends to join them from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener 749-8467. Funeral service Monday, July 18, 2005 in the chapel of the funeral home. Rev. Mel Otterbein officiating. Interment will take place on Tuesday in St. Catherines.
