Notes - COOK, Wendy (Foote) - Passed away, peacefully, after a courageous battle with cancer, on Wednesday, January 26, 2005, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Wendy resided in New Hamburg. She was born 48 years ago in Grimsby on November 16, 1956. Wendy had been employed with T.S.C. Stores and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, New Hamburg. She was a devoted hockey and ball "Mom" who loved people and enjoyed interacting with friends of all ages. Sadly missed by her sons, Steve Frank of Baden and Joshua Frank of New Hamburg. Dear daughter of Bob and Beth Foote of Brantford. Loving sister of Mike and Jane Foote of Brantford, Trish and Larry Collins of Kitchener, Rob and Gaye Foote of England and Heather and Tim Shantz of New Hamburg. Also remembered by a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; as well as good friends, Paul Cook, Jeannie Wideman and John Moore. Friends and relatives may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, today (Friday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday January 29, 2005 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Andre Lavergne officiating. Burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, New Hamburg. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grand River Regional Cancer Centre.
