- FREDERICK LAUTENSCHLAGER
NEW DUNDEE, March 13. There passed away at his home in New Dundee on Sunday morning, March 13 after a lingering Illness, Frederick Lautenchlager in his 83rd year.
The late Mr. Lautenschlager was born at Preston on September 1, 1849 and moved to New Dundee with his parents at an early age and resided there until the time of his death.
He was twice married. His first wife, Margaret Griebel, died September 1915. In 1917 he was married to Mrs. Sophia Dinger, who survives together with three sons, Phillip of and Southampton, Alvin of New Dundee, and Sydney of Kitchener. One son George, died in youth. One twin brother, August, of New Dundee also survives.
The funeral will take place on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the family residence to the Baptist Church for services. Internment will be made in New Dundee Union Cemetery.
