  Erb, Christian L., son of Joel and Barbara (Lichti) Erb, was born in Wilmot Twp., Ont., Aug. 10, 1877; died at Avon Crest Hospital, Stratford, Ont., Dec. 2, 1965; aged 88 y. 3 m. 22 d. He was predeceased by three wives: Leah Moyer in 1922; Mary Moyer in 1937; and Barbara Bender in 1947. Surviving are 4 sons (Clarence, Curtis, Elton, and Floyd) and 3 daughters (Lavina-Mrs. Peter Z. Bender, Sarah-Mrs. Norman Baechler, and Violet-Mrs. Elgin Roth). He was a member of the Tavistock W.O. Mennonite Church.
