Mr. and Mrs. Adam Lautenschlager, of Petersburg, on Saturday celebrated the golden anniversary of their wedding with a family dinner at which all but two of the seven children attended. Before her marriage Mrs. Lautenschlager was Miss Barbara Wagner, of Wellesley, while Mr. Lautenschlager was born in Petersburg. The happy couple have resided on the farm where they now live with their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Neeb, since their marriage in Wellesley on February 14th, 1882.

Barbara Lautenschlager, wife of Adam Lautenschlager, 907 Queensmount Crescent, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital Saturday night as the result of a heart attack.
Born at Berlet's Corners, Aug. 1. 1858, Mrs Lautenschlager was 83 years of age. She was a daughter of

Barbara Lautenschlager, wife of Adam Lautenschlager, 907 Queensmount Crescent, passed away at St Mary's Hospital Saturday night the result of a heart attack.
Born at Berlet's Corners, Aug. 1. 1858, Mrs. Lautenschlager was 83 years of age. She was'a daughter of the late John Wagner and the late Kathrine Zulauf.
She and her husband were married Feb, 14, 1882, at Wellesley, She attended the Emmanuel Lutheran Church at Petersburg.
The remains are resting at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home until Wednesday morning at nine o'clock when they will be removed the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Walter Neeb, 907 Queensmount Crescent for services. Public service will be held at the house at 2 p.m. followed by service at Emmanuel Lutheran Church at Petersburg at 2:45 p.m. Interment will be in the Petersburg Cemetery, Rev. C. H. Kramer will officiate.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Lautenschlager survived by one son. Theodore, Petersburg; five daughters, Mrs. Karl Wahl, Winnipeg, Mrs. Herman Sheppard, Kitchener, Mrs. Bruce Melenbacker, Atlantic, Iowa, Mrs. Allen Berg. Wellesley, and Mrs. Walter Neeb, Kitchener; three brothers, Henry Z. Wagner, Heidelberg, John Z Wagner, Wellesley, and Daniel Z Wagner, New Hamburg: one sister, Mrs. William Huras, Kitchener, and 21 grand, children and six great-grandchildren.
