- KARLEY, Francis Joseph (Frank) Passed away peacefully at Winston Park on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at the age of 87 years. Beloved husband of 63 years to Blanche. Loving father of Deacon Brian Karley, Carolyn (Paul) Bissig, all of Louisville, Kentucky, Jean (Garry) Fromm, and Kevin (Sharon) Karley, all of Maryhill. Cherished grandfather to Bryan Fromm (Virtine), Matthew Fromm (Ashlie), Maria Bissig (Nic), Brandon Karley (Sabrina) and Jordan Karley (Katie). Brother-in-law of Mary Ann Karley, Gloria Dickson, Jack and Charolotte Dickson, and Betty Scougall. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Wilhelmina Karley, daughter Mary Louise Karley, grandson Michael Fromm, brother Jerome Karley, sister Helen Karley, and brothers-in-law, Keith Dickson and Keith Scougall. Frank was a member of St. Anne's RC Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Holy Name Society. He was a Veteran of WWII and worked at Revenue Canada in Customs and Excise retiring in 1987. The Karley family will receive relatives and friends at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467 on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with parish prayers at 2 p.m. The Funeral Mass for Frank will be held at St. Anne's RC Church on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 10 a.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
