C. M. Robbins Kills Himself With Revolver at Kitchener on Monday Morning.
'UNFORTUNATE MAN ILL AND DESPONDENT
C. Melvin Robbins former provincial police chauffeur, aged 27 years. by shooting himself with a revolver in his room at 116 North Cameron St.. shortly after ten 1 'o'clock Monday morning. The bullet entered his brain and he died two hours later. His wife died some time ago and a little daughter resides with his parents at Toronto.
Deceased was apparently in good` spirits when seen by friends on Sunday. He was dressed and ready to leave for Windsor when he decided to end his life. He had been in poor health for some time and out of work for six weeks. Dr. Kreiner and coroner Dr. Kalbfleisch were called and decided an inquest unnecessary.
