  Died: at Berlin, on Tuesday, October 15th, 1901, Ruth R. Laird, Dearly beloved daughter of Mrs. J.A. Laird. The Funeral: Will take place from her mother's residence, Irvin Street, Berlin, on Friday, Oct. 18th, at 11 o'clock, a.m., to St. George's Church, New Hamburg, thence to New Hamburg Cemetery for interment, Friends and acquaintances will please accept this intimation. Funeral Card __________ The many friends of Mrs. Joseph Laird, Irvin street, will regret to learn of the death of her daughter, Miss Ruth Laird, who has been an invalid for several years, which took place on Tuesday evening. Although suffering great pain she bore it with true Christian fortitude and her death, while not unexpected, will be sincerely regretted. The members of the family were present at the time of her death. The funeral will take place on Friday morning from her mother's residence on Irvin street to the depot, when the remains will be taken to New Hamburg on the 10.59 train for burial.
