  Mrs. Mary Acheson Kivelhan passed away at Minnedosa on Saturday, July 27. Born in Galt, Ont., Dec. 3, 1874, Mrs. Kivelhan came west and resided for a number of years at Glenella before moving to the MacGregor district where they farmed. Mrs Kivelhan was well known for her kindness and was a good community worker. She was also an ardent member of the United Church. She will long be remembered around the MacGregor district as just Aunt" Mary. Mrs. Kivelhan was the last of her family line, having no children and was predeceased by her ham in 1948. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Many of her friends and relatives gathered at the MacGregor United Church on Tuesday, July 30 at 2 p.m. for the funeral service which was conducted by Rev. H. I Bowman. Mrs. Audrey Smith presided at the organ and Miss Kelly sang a solo. "Old Rugged Cross. There many beautiful flowers. were Flowerbearers were Joe Fox. Charlie Pennell, Leonard Lamb, Jack McPhee. Pallbearers were Jack Emerson, Doug Ferris, Wes McDonald, Jim Little, George Snaith, Bob Harvey. Interment was in the family plot in MacGregor cemetery. Trimble-Kains Funeral Home in charge
