    • (Galt Reporter, Dec. 1) - Mary Sudden, wife of the late William Dryden, aged 78 years, a life-long resident of North Dumfries, died last night at 7: 30 o'clock, at her home, Concession 9, Spragues Road. Deceased was born in the old stone residence, across the road from her late home, and there her girlhood days were spent, until about sixty years ago, when she was united in marriage to William Dryden, and removed to the home where she has since lived. Her husband and one child predeceased her, the former about twenty years ago. Ten children survive: Ira C., Nebraska; William, Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Peter Miller, Bacaville, Cal.; Mrs. Mary Lind, Oak Lake, Man.; Mrs. Annie Boyre, Elk Lake, Man.; George, Toronto; Robert, Galt; Mrs. Jenny Robertson, Galt; Thomas and John, at home on the farm. Funeral will take place on Sunday from her late residence to Mount View Cemetery.
