  	The late Victorian two-storey residence was built, circa 1891 by stonemason Henry Boyer. There is a stone foundation about which rises walls of buff Tilt brick, surmounted by a hipped roof with elaborate paired eaves brackets. Of interest are the one-storey square bays to either side, joined by a shallow mansard roof which creates a small entrance porch. Window openings are segmentally arched and an old brick chimney rises above the roof on the east side.
