  Mrs. Anna Knechtel, aged 85, died of complications at 2 a.m. today at the home of a daughter Mrs. C.W. Aumann, 2401 Woodward Avenue, after an illness of nine weeks. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Aumann, Mrs. Gustave Yaeger of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Frank Germann of Boulder, Colo.; a son Edwin, of St. Louis; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30 p.m. at the daughter's home with the Rev. Paul F. Miller officiating. The body will be taken to Fremont, Neb., for burial Tuesday afternoon. The family has requested omission of flowers. The body will be returned to the Aumann home Sunday at 4 p.m. from the Hauck Funeral Home. Publ. Ford Wayne News Sentinel Sat. 07/20/1935
