Martin, in his 80th year, of RR 2, Wallenstein.Husband of Mary Ann (Frey) Martin. Father of Leonard and Elvina Martin of RR 2, Wallenstein, Vera and David Bearinger of RR 1, Elora, Irene and Laverne Bauman of RR 2, Drayton, Abner and Eva Martin, Martha and James Metzger, Cleason and Mildred Martin, Mervin and Nancy Martin, all of RR 2, Wallenstein; also survived by 35 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Brother of Lucinda and John Gingrich, Nancy and Aaron Martin, John and Salome Martin, Louida and Cleason Sauder, Eli and Elvina Martin, Mary and Henry Weber.Predeceased by his parents, Josiah and Lovina (Gingrich) Martin; one son, Lester (August 1, 2006); one granddaughter, one brother in infancy and one sister-in-law. Friends may call at his home, RR 2, Wallenstein, today (Monday) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10-12 and 2-7 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at 9 a.m. then to Olivet Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.Arrangements entrusted to the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira.
