Notes - FREY, Sidney W. Passed away peacefully on December 18, 2012 at St. Mary's General Hospital, Kitchener, in his 80th year. Sidney W. Frey of RR 1, Waterloo was the beloved husband of Elsie (Burkhart) Frey. Loving father of Eldon and Lena Frey, Alice and Lester Wideman, Howard and Anna Frey, all of RR 1, Mount Forest, James and Laurene Frey of RR 1, Waterloo, Verna and Cleon Weber of RR 5, Mount Forest, Elsie and Laverne Bauman of RR 5, Belleville. Survived by 39 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren. Brother of Amos Frey at home, Elam Frey of Elora and Maryann Martin of Wallenstein. Brother-in-law of Ada Burkhart, Amos and Rebecca Burkhart. Predeceased by his parents Israel and Lucinda (Weber) Frey, sister Adeline, brothers-in-law Urias Weber and Sydney G. Martin, brothers-in-law Henry and Elam Burkhart, and sister-in-law Amy Burkhart. Visitation will be at the home of James and Laurene Frey, RR 1, Waterloo on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 2-8 p.m. and on Thursday, December 20, 2012 from 2-5 p.m. Funeral services on Friday, December 21, 2012 at 9 a.m. at the home of James and Laurene Frey, then to Winterbourne Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
