  John Kraft died 2 Sep 1864 in Sarnia, 28 yrs, was known personally by most readers, as he had worked 9yrs in Mr. John A. Mackie's store. He was near Lake Superior, Sault Ste. Marie for a few years, got TB 9 mths ago, became worse in the last while, was picked up by his brother-in-law. Arriving in Sarnia, he died. Body brought here & buried in the Mennonite cemetery.
