- Mrs. Emeline Bricker
PRESTON - Emeline Baer, 90, widow of David Bricker and well-known Preston resident for 39 years, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Stanley H. Ohlman, Villa Park, Ill., yesterday. She had been ailing for a short time. Coming to Preston in 1900 Mrs. Bricker resided here until the death of her husband, David Bricker, on Feb. 6, 1939, after which she made her home with her daughter in Illinois. When resident in Preston she was a member of St. Paul's United Church. Rev. H. J. Herlihey will officiate at the funeral service. The body will arrive at the Stager-Pass Ltd., funeral home tomorrow morning with service in the funeral home chapel on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in the Preston Cemetery.
