  Stanley Flood Funeral service was held today (Wednesday) in New Hamburg for Stanley (Andy) Flood of RR 1 New Hamburg. He died November 19, 1979, at St. Mary's hospital. He was 41. He was the son of Jessie Flood (Mrs. Carl Schell) of Kincardine; brother of Vernon of British Columbia, Burt, Murray, Oral (Mrs. Louis Brenner), Helen (Mrs. Burt Christner), Jane and Cheryl Flood, all of New Hamburg, Leonard, and Marion (Mrs. Fred Ancic), both of Kitchener, Earl, and Gloria (Mrs. Robert Hobden), both of Waterloo, Olive (Mrs. Larry Roth) of Wellesley, Dorothy (Mrs. Gary Honderich) of Petersburg, Gladys (Mrs. Don Stewart) of Plattsville, Sandra (Mrs. Tim Shantz) of Baden, and Wendy Flood of Calgary; predeceased by his father, Wesley Flood. Burial was in Riverside cemetery, New Hamburg. Donations to the Canadian diabetic association or the Canadian cancer society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy. Elmira Independent, November 21, 1979, pg 8 ____________________________ FLOOD, Stanley (Andy) -- On Monday, Nov. 19, 1979, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, Mr. Andy Flood of Route 1, New Hamburg, age 41 years. He was the owner old Andy's Furniture Refinishing, New Hamburg and a member of the Khaki Club, Wellesley and the Horseshoe Club of New Hamburg. He is survived by his mother Jessie Flood (Mrs. Carl Schell) of Kincardine; five brothers, Vernon of British Columbia, Burt of New Hamburg, Leonard of Kitchener, Earl of Waterloo, Murray of New Hamburg; 11 sisters, Gloria (Mrs. Robert Hobden) of Waterloo, Orla (Mrs. Louis Brenner), Helen (Mrs. Burt Christner), both of New Hamburg, Olive (Mrs. Larry Roth) of Wellesley, Dorothy (Mrs. Gary Honderich) of Petersburg, Marion (Mrs. Fred Ancic) of Kitchener, Gladys (Mrs. Don Stewart) of Plattsville, Jane Flood of New Hamburg, Sandra (Mrs. Tim Shantz) of Baden, Wendy Flood of Calgary and Cheryl Flood of New Hamburg. He was predeceased by his father, the late Wesley Flood. The late Mr. Flood is resting at the Omand-Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg after 7 p.m. this evening, until Wednesday, Nov. 20, when service will be held at the funeral home, at 4 p.m., with Rev.
