  [S9] News - ON, Waterloo, Kitchener - Canada Museum und Allgemeine Zeitung (1835-1840), 11 May 1839:20. 1 May 1839 A man named Oak, in the vicinity of New Hope, Waterloo Twp, was busy driving manure; his son was on his way home from the fields, when the son, about 13 years old, lost control of the wagon he was driving, & the horses threw him off.
