  WINFIELD, Gertrude (Mrs. Robert) - On Thursday, June 21, 2006 at St. Mary's Hospital. Gertrude (Letson) Winfield, age 93 years, of Elmira formerly of West Montrose. Beloved wife of the late Robert Winfield (1987). Dear mother of George and Marlene of RR 1, West Montrose and Florence of Kitchener. Also lovingly remembered by her four grandchildren, Wayne and Karen, Reg, Rick and Julie and Debbie and John Benham; and by her four great-grandchildren, Ashley Winfield, Jacob and Zachary Benham, and Parker Winfield. Sister-in-law of Vera Winfield of Elmira. Gertrude is lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents, George and Hannah (Sully) Letson; her son, Dan (2007); sister, Ina Bauman and brother, Irvine Letson. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home , Elmira on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, June 25, 2007 at 11 a.m. with Marilyn Shaw officiating followed by interment in West Montrose United Church Cemetery.
