- MRS. ELIZABETH QUICKFALL
Mrs. Elizabeth Quickfall, 82, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. J. Johnston, 12 Ernst Street, Elmira, early Friday morning following, a lengthy illness. Born in Woolwich Township, she was the former Elizabeth Agnes Smith, and the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Willard Smith. Mrs. Quickfall resided in Elmira for 27 years, prior to which she was a resident of Glenallan. She was a member of the Gale Presbyterian Church and an honorary member of the Horticultural Society.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Johnston, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband, the late W. C. Quickfall, four years ago and by one daughter, Mrs. F. A. (Vera) Hammond, ten years ago.
Funeral services were held Monday at 2:30 p.m. from the Dreisingr Funeral Chapel. Rev. H. L. Bennie officiated. Interment was made in the Elmira cemetery.
